User Accounts

Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.

Event Listings

Organizers are solely responsible for event accuracy, permits and legal compliance.

Ticket Purchases

Tickets are electronic and subject to organizer policies.

Platform Fees

Applicable service fees are displayed before payment.

Organizer Payouts

Payouts are made under the organizer agreement after deductions including refunds, chargebacks, taxes and platform fees where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by organizer policies unless otherwise required by law.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of losses where permitted by law.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not create fraudulent events, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, impersonate others, promote illegal content or abuse the platform.

Intellectual Property

VibeePlug owns or licenses all platform intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

VibeePlug is not liable for organizer actions, event changes, indirect or consequential losses except where prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Dispute Resolution

Parties should first attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing court proceedings.
